14 Christmas Seasons have gone through since the beginning of our journey. Although many successes and failures along the way, the Christmas spirit stays with us and becomes one of the most important factors in our life. Personally, I always treasure this time of the year, when my team spends time together, thinking about new idea for Christmas and New Year quilling card . Some cute, some spectacular, crazy, even silly ideas happened, but what truly important is the mission we are pursuing, making wonderful card and keeping the tradition.
Let’s flash back to some Christmas Quilling Cards by Viet Net
The pianist Santa, how cute is that idea. The quilling card is in 2018 collection, it was a great year for business. We were singing the song “We wish you a Merry Christmas” and think: What if Santa not only sing but he also can play piano. We also custom his jacket to make him look like a pianist.
How Santa deliver presents to kid isn’t a very new idea. However, we are always excited about it. Once again, in Christmas collection 2019, we give him a vintage bee car, carrying a tons of presents above it. This makes me remember the feeling when I watched Mr.Bean series and see him carries everything above his car. The card was one of best seller that year.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TREE (Collection 2017)
This is a beautiful word series quilled card. We want to make a big “Merry Christmas” word which formed into a Christmas tree. Red ornaments cover around the tree and sparkle start on the top. I remember my team have to draw this by hand and spend a lot of time to make it digital. Although this is a very nice card, it is quite hard on production and only few artisans can do this effectively.
SNOWMAN FAMILY (Collection 2019)
When we think about Christmas, the best holiday the a year. We build a lovely snowman family in front of the house, presents a happy family. What if they are alive, enjoy Christmas night together and we have no idea about that. What if not only us celebrate Christmas, but also everything around does.
QUILLED REINDEER (Collection 2016)
Talking about Christmas, we can’t miss reindeers, important partners of Santa. We transfer the creature into an art with blooming green horns and vivid gestures. The card combines quilling paper and cut fabric together which gives you an amazing feeling when touch it. Additional red shoes and scarf are given to our reindeer to keep him warm during his duty. The card is just adorable.
CLASSIC CHRISTMAS
We build our very first step through this card in 2007. A wooden house, big Christmas tree and lovely snowman in the front symbolize a Christmas Season. My team put everything we have in this card: Cutting, Veneer and Quilling. The card was best seller for many years and I have kept it in company showroom as a memory.
