2006 | The Founding & Heritage Origins

Founded by Mr. Vo Quang Truong Antoine and Ms. Dao Thi Minh, the company initially embarked on a mission to preserve Vietnamese cultural heritage using traditional Dó paper (giấy dó) and Dong Ho folk paintings. Although the market conditions presented immense challenges and this initial venture did not succeed commercially, it laid the foundational artistic spirit and passion for paper crafts that defines us today.

2008 | The Dawn of Quilling Art & Innovation

Refusing to give up, our founders shifted focus to researching quilling art, 3D Pop-up paper, and intricate veneer products. Investing heavily in sourcing authentic history books and technical materials from abroad, they spent countless hours mastering the craft.

These early creations were enthusiastically embraced by the domestic tourism market, quickly gaining immense popularity. Soon, our footprint expanded with a thriving network of partners stretching all across Vietnam. The very first handmade prototypes created during this pivotal period successfully laid the foundation and became the ultimate backbone of the company’s growth for decades to come.

2009 | First Global Partners & Lifelong Alliances

Our exceptional craftsmanship quickly caught international attention. This year marked the arrival of our very first corporate clients and distributors from Switzerland, the United States, and Japan. Remarkably, several of these pioneering partners have stood side-by-side with Viet Net, cultivating a shared growth that continues to this very day.

2013 | LOUIE Awards Finalist – New York City, USA

Presented by the International Greeting Card Association (GCA). At the 25th Anniversary LOUIE Awards Gala held at The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers, New York, Viet Net was proudly honored among global finalists. This prestigious nomination was awarded to a bespoke design that Viet Net exclusively crafted for Quilling Card Co. – a former partner that previously served as our distributor in the US. This monumental recognition marked our historic breakthrough into the world’s most competitive and prestigious greeting card markets.

2016 | Festival Quang Nam Tourism Gift Award

Organized by the Quang Nam Tourism Department. Recognized for our exceptional creativity in transforming traditional Vietnamese cultural and architectural elements into high-end tourism gifts and keepsakes.

2017 | Official APEC Souvenir Design Award

Awarded by the Da Nang People’s Committee. Quilling Arts Viet Net honored to win the design contest and became the official producer of luxury handcrafted souvenirs for top international delegates and world leaders at the APEC Vietnam 2017 Summit.
