### PAYMENT POLICY

In a digital world full of opportunities and security threats, we know privacy is your top priority. To ensure total peace of mind, this website will never ask you to input sensitive transactional financial details or personal data.

For Custom Manufacturing Orders:

• Design Deposit: An agreed-upon design deposit is required before we create your physical sample. We hold this deposit securely and fully refund it to you once the mass order for that sample is shipped.

• Production Terms: After design, quantity, and timelines are confirmed, we will issue an invoice (Ex-work/FOB). We begin production immediately upon receiving a 50% deposit of the total invoice.

• Final Balance: The remaining balance, plus any applicable additional fees (shipping, bank transfer fees, etc.), must be paid in full prior to shipment.

For Retail Orders:

• Full payment is required before your shipment is dispatched.

• Standard shipping fees are covered by the buyer.
