### SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (Within Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh city)

• We primary ship orders via Grab/Green SM quick shipping. The Shipping cost is given by third party base on the distance from Viet Net Company (Location) and your address. 
• For the order exceed VND 2,000,000, the shipping fee is free. 
• For other province shipment, we primary ship orders via Viettel Post. The Shipping cost is given by third party base on order’s weight. 

International Shipping

We proudly ship our products worldwide! Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and will be calculated during checkout.

• Available Services: First Class Mail, Priority International, and Express International. Normally, we will have our forwarder taking care of the shipments. 

• Free Shipping: We do not offer free shipping for international destinations.

• Important Note on First Class International: Delivery is not guaranteed for this budget method. Lost orders will not be refunded or reshipped, and delivery may take several weeks.

• Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes levied by your local government. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost.

Wholesale Shipping

• Wholesale customers are charged the exact shipping rate billed by the carrier. We always strive to find the most cost-effective rate for your order.

• Alternatively, you may provide your own shipping account number at checkout for us to use.

### RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with any of the products you receive that are not what we have agreed on, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

• Timeframe: Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: All returns must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the merchandise to us.

• Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded.
