This website is an informative website and not yet used for commercial purposes. For that reason, you can only see some limited products and designs on our site. However, this won’t be a problem for you thank to our active trading team whose thoroughness and energy can always win your trust.
ORDER PROCESS

Our distribution channels: Our products are distributed in many bookstores and tourist attractions throughout Ho Chi Minh city and Vietnam. For best experiences, you can visit our factory in: 42 TTN21, Tan Thoi Nhat Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh city. Only in our factory, you can access more than 35 different products, up to 5,000 designs and watch our artisans handcrafted skill.

PAYMENT POLICY
In this world with technology, you are surrounded by opportunities, options and threats. Privacy becomes priority concern for everyone and only trustworthy supplier can bring the sense of confident when working with. You will not be asked for any transactional or personal detail when using this website. Payment of your order should be processed through Bank transfer, Paypal or any suitable payment channels which are agreed by both parties, please contact us for instruction through: +84.903.039.595 (Mr. Nghia). For the manufacturing order, please notice:
_ Customization cost: agreed design deposit fee is required before creating your sample. We will keep this deposit and refund to you when your order for that sample is shipped;
_ After order confirmation (designs, quantity, time), we will prepare the Ex Work (EXW) invoice for you to check. We will only start production after receiving 50% deposit of your invoice. Full payment plus any additional fee (shipping, bank transfer etc.) must be paid before shipment.
For retail sale, full payment must be paid before the shipment. Shipping cost will be at your charge. In some occasion, we will offer free shipping promotion to customers who live in Ho Chi Minh city. Please contact us for more information.
